These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the customer care text messaging program operated by SkillStorm Commercial Services, LLC ("SkillStorm," "we," or "us"). They form part of our Website Terms of Use, and your mobile phone number and messaging consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to SkillStorm and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive customer care text messages from SkillStorm. These messages may include, but are not limited to, account notifications, service updates, appointment and interview reminders, program and application status updates, and responses to your inquiries or support requests. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us, of applying to any program or position, or of any other business relationship with SkillStorm.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with SkillStorm and the nature of the communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan and any associated charges.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from SkillStorm. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe by providing your consent again through one of our forms or by contacting us directly.

Supported Carriers

SkillStorm text messaging services are supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number and messaging consent will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS consent information to any third parties. Your mobile information may only be shared with service providers that assist us in delivering text messages, solely for that purpose.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
