SkillStorm Commercial Services, LLC is committed to making www.skillstorm.com and the services we offer through it accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every candidate, program participant, client, and visitor to be able to find information, apply to our programs, and contact us without barriers.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and to the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act that apply to the work we do for federal clients. We build and test our website against those standards, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and clearly labeled forms and error messages.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is a continuing effort. We review the site with automated testing tools and manual checks when we release new pages and features, and we work with our developers and content teams to fix issues we find. Some content, particularly third-party tools embedded in our site such as event registration or scheduling widgets, may not fully meet our standard; where we know of such limitations we work with the vendor to address them and provide an alternative way to complete the task.
