Our client is a system integrator that consults with several Federal government organizations to help them execute upon their needs for implementing business process management technical solutions.
CHALLENGE
Our client was helping a DoD organization update their business process management (BPM) capabilities and was struggling to find qualified tech talent to implement and maintain the sophisticated, new technology platform. The tech talent required specific development expertise in the software product, difficult certifications to obtain, university specific degrees, US citizenship and a government secret clearance.
SOLUTION
Our Hire, Train, Certify, Deploy program fit our client’s needs. Our technical recruiting team was able to source candidates from our existing partnerships and associations to find the required backgrounds needed. Candidates were vetted and placed in a rigorous multi-week training program. Several of the candidates that successfully completed our challenging curriculum and achieved certifications were interviewed and placed with our client.
