How SkillStorm’s New Joint Venture with Tenova LLC Will Target the Federal IT Workforce Challenges: Jacksonville Business Journal

SkillStorm and Tenova LLC have partnered in a joint venture aimed at deploying teams of tech professionals to address the public sector tech skills gap. By concentrating on the needs of federal systems integrators and government agencies, the joint venture plans to leverage Tenova's network of veterans and transitioning service members, alongside SkillStorm’s custom design, build and deploy model to deploy U.S.-based tech teams at scale.

 

As federal employees approaching retirement age outnumber younger workers two to one, there is a growing emphasis on preparing the workforce to strengthen its cybersecurity defenses and modernize with new technologies.

 

This joint venture is designed to equip the federal workforce for the future of technology, encompassing areas such as cybersecurity, AI, and cloud computing. SkillStorm will draw on its expertise in the IT industry and experience in the federal sector, collaborating with Tenova’s extensive network.
