As federal employees approaching retirement age outnumber younger workers two to one, there is a growing emphasis on preparing the workforce to strengthen its cybersecurity defenses and modernize with new technologies.
This joint venture is designed to equip the federal workforce for the future of technology, encompassing areas such as cybersecurity, AI, and cloud computing. SkillStorm will draw on its expertise in the IT industry and experience in the federal sector, collaborating with Tenova’s extensive network.
