SkillStorm has announced a new Joint Venture with Tenova, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, aimed at addressing the tech workforce gaps in the public sector. Through the Small Business Administration's Mentor-Protege Program, this collaboration will leverage SkillStorm’s federal delivery capabilities and Tenova’s HireMilitary network to integrate veterans and transitioning service members into critical tech roles. By providing targeted technical training, the partnership seeks to transform federal modernization efforts and tackle the pressing skills gap while offering meaningful career pathways for veterans. With a focus on software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and SAP, the custom-built teams will be ready to contribute from Day One, easing challenges for federal agencies.
